Exciting London Opportunity - Accounts and Outsourcing SM £85.000

A Top 15 Firm, specialised in a range of sectors, providing market leading accountancy, audit, business advisory, tax and VAT services, is looking for an Accounts and Outsourcing SM to join their London office within the Business Services Group, a team who deal predominantly with owner managed businesses and clients in the sports, media and entertainment industry. This is a client facing, fast paced role which includes advisory elements, and often deals with high profile clients.

As an Accounts and Outsourcing SM, you will be responsible for:

1. Lead and develop team performance, including training, delegation, and recruitment support
2. Manage diverse client portfolios, providing comprehensive financial services and maintaining strong client relationships
3. Oversee and improve internal systems, procedures, and projects to enhance operational efficiency
4. Contribute to business development through networking, client meetings, and fee quote preparation
5. Collaborate with directors and partners on strategic objectives, resource allocation, and performance monitoring

The ideal candidate is a fully qualified professional with accounting and outsourcing experience, strong client communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Xero. A self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines with leadership ability, excellent time management, and the capacity to organise.

This role offers a 35-hour work week with hybrid options (minimum 2 office days, core hours 10-4).
