An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Credit Controller to join this award-winning marketing and media group. Working with some of the world's most recognisable brands, they're known for their creative culture and supportive environment.

THE ROLE: Working within a friendly finance team, you'll manage credit control across multiple divisions, handling prestigious client accounts while building strong relationships with both internal account teams and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage credit control for diverse client portfolio
• Drive proactive collections on project and retainer billings
• Build relationships with client finance teams and account managers
• Bank Reconciliations
• Support month-end reporting and cash flow forecasting
• Work closely with client services teams on payment planning
• Monitor and report on debtor days and ageing

IDEAL CREDIT CONTROLLER:

• Strong credit control experience
• Proven track record of managing corporate client relationships
• Experience with project billing and WIP management would be a bonus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Excel and system skills
