Estimated Salary Range: £120,000 - £140,000 (plus bonus)



About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Legal Structured Finance associate to join our clients prestigious Capital Markets practice in the City of London. This role offers exceptional exposure to complex structured finance transactions and the opportunity to work with industry-leading professionals in a collaborative environment.



Key Legal Structured Finance Associate Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents for securitisation and structured finance deals
  • Conduct legal due diligence and prepare documentation for debt finance transactions
  • Support senior associates and partners in complex cross-border transactions
  • Manage multiple concurrent transactions while maintaining attention to detail
  • Liaise directly with clients, counterparty lawyers, and other transaction parties
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationships
  • Mentor and support trainees and paralegals as required


Required Qualifications

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-3 years PQE
  • Training contract completed at a recognised UK law firm
  • Demonstrated experience in debt finance, particularly securitisation and structured finance
  • Understanding of general banking and finance principles
  • Outstanding academic credentials from leading institutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
