Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in complex financial services litigation matters, including securities, banking, and insurance disputes.

  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Participate in all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial, ensuring effective case management and client communication.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed legal counsel.
  • Engage in business development activities, including client meetings and networking events, to expand the firm's client base.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial services litigation or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
