Tax Manager

Our client, a prestigious boutique tax firm in North London, is seeking a Private Tax Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will provide bespoke taxation services to high-net-worth individuals and businesses, combining technical tax expertise with strong business development skills to grow and maintain their exclusive client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals
Convert prospects into clients through consultative selling approaches
Deliver personalized tax planning strategies that align with clients' broader financial objectives
Identify tax-efficient solutions that competitors typically overlook
Prepare and review complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals
Stay current with UK tax legislation and identify planning opportunities
Expand relationships within client organizations to secure additional business
Meet or exceed annual revenue targets and business development KPIs

Required Qualifications

CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 years' experience in tax advisory services
Proven track record of business development and client acquisition
Strong technical knowledge of UK tax regulations for high-net-worth individuals
Experience in handling complex tax planning scenarios
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness and ability to translate technical concepts into value propositions
Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
