Mixed Tax Manager

Position Overview

Our client, a prestigious boutique tax firm in London, is seeking a Mixed Tax Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive taxation services across both corporate and personal tax matters for a diverse client portfolio, combining technical expertise with strong business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied portfolio including corporate clients, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals
Deliver tailored tax solutions across multiple tax disciplines (corporate, personal, capital gains, inheritance)
Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive networking and referrals
Convert prospects into clients through consultative selling approaches
Coordinate and review tax compliance work ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Provide strategic tax planning advice that optimizes clients' overall tax positions
Stay current with UK tax legislation across various tax disciplines
Develop junior team members and review their work
Meet or exceed annual revenue targets and business development KPIs

Required Qualifications

CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 years' experience in mixed tax environment
Proven ability to handle both corporate and personal tax matters competently
Strong technical knowledge of UK tax regulations across multiple disciplines
Experience in developing client relationships and generating new business
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Commercial awareness and ability to provide practical, business-focused advice
Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
