With several offices in Central and Southern England, my client hold ambitious plans to expand their business. To support the organisation's growth, there is a new opportunity for a Private Client Tax Senior Manager/Associate Director to join their growing Private Client Tax team. A fantastic role for an experienced Senior Manager seeking a step up or wanting a new challenge.

The Role - Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a varied portfolio of private tax clients
- Advise clients on a full range of services including CGT, international tax, property tax, tax returns, trusts & estates and IHT.
- Review more complex tax returns and computations
- Play key role in networking and marketing activities to win private client tax compliance and consultancy work
- Work closely with Partners and the corporate tax team to ensure the firm is providing a full range of high quality tax services for their clients
- Take an active involvement in monitoring the team's KPIs
- Assist with the development and implementation of the local private client tax business strategy, consulting and drawing upon the expertise of the Board
- Help to plan and manage the work being delivered by the Private Client Tax team
- Be involved in line management and development of members of the Private Client Tax team in Farnham
- Further develop our relationship with the DFK International network
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years UK experience.
- Ideally CTA or ATT qualified
- Demonstrable experience of private client tax advisory work
- Significant experience in a private client tax team
- Strong UK private client tax knowledge across a wide range of topics
- Excellent client relationship management skills and proven success in business development
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly commercial approach
